Delivery and Returns

If you want to return an item, It should be within a period of 14 days from the reception of the product.

Please contact us at info@malota-bcn.com to request the return and we will take care of it:

• Send an email with the order number, reason for the return and affected items.

• Pack the article with its corresponding labels.

• Choose if you want us to collect the package, after payment by bank transfer of the shipping costs or contact a transport company authorized for it.

• The product must be delivered in perfect condition, otherwise, we reserve the right to decline the return.

• Sale items cannot be exchanged.
